Blogger vmars08 went to see David’s Albuquerque concert! They wrote a great review! Here’s a little snippet:
This past weekend, I was fortunate enough to catch David Archuleta’s concert in Albuquerque, NM. Most of my readers are aware by now that I’m a huge fan of this guy. I supported him throughout American Idol & I still do. Well, after this weekend, David’s album, on a scale of 1 to 10, represents his talent at about an 8. Even his brilliant performances like “Imagine” & “Angels” on Idol, as far as I’m concerned, are about a 9. David Archuleta’s incredible talent cannot be fully absorbed until you see him live. There is no doubt in my mind that he is one of the greatest talents of our generation.

Hi All!!! I have attached my recent drawing of David Archuleta in hopes that you will take a second to check it out. I have been working on this drawing in the past two weeks that led up to his concert that I went to on March 12th. I am such a huge fan of David and I hope that you enjoy my drawing!

yes, that is so true, i was at his 2nd tour date of his career, in richmond, va….he is truly amazing live. some arists sond good on a cd and really suck live, but he is amazing both ways!!!!

GREAT REVIEW! HI EVERYBODY, SUPERGRANDJUDIE I HAVE A QUESTION FOR YOU. I HAVE BEEN TRYING LIKE THE DICKENS TO CALL Z1OO AND AFTER LIKE 8 RINGS THE LINE GOES BUSY, DOES THIS HAPPEN TO YOU? AND I HAVE CALLED DIFFRENT TIMES. AND A QUESTION FOR ANYBODY WHO CAN HELP. WHEN I GO TO THE REQUEST ON LINE PAGE, AFTER I FILL IN MY REQUEST , NAME AND SO FORTH. THEY SAY THE CONFIRMATION CODE IS WRONG AND I KNOW I TYPED IN THE EXACT CODE. PL,EASE ANYBODY KNOW WHAT TO DO HERE?

I listen to xm 20-20 at work all day and i heard ALTNOY at least 5 times and crush once. I think our system is working so lets keep requesting.

I’m assuming you are referring to the Mediabase Online Request Line form for Z100. I occasionally goof up on the confirmation code when requesting at my local station as well. If you have difficulty reading the code, click on the words “Change Code” above the box and it will give you an alternate code. When you get the message that you entered an incorrect code, you are allowed to try again. Just make sure your song selection is still checked or written in because the system may have deleted your original selection. I’ve also found that it can be tricky to tell the letter “O” from the number “0.” (The zeroes are skinnier.) The letter “Q” can also be difficult to distinguish when the wavy lines run through it.
I’m not sure what to tell you about calling Z100 since I live on the West Coast. My advice is to text your request if you have a cell phone. By texting, calling, and using the Mediabase request form you can triple your requesting!

Since Sirius Satellite Radio and XM Radio are affiliated, I say we make a full frontal assault on Sirius as well. Others have mentioned they have never heard ALTNOY played on Sirius. Well, enough of that! Vote via their website fill-in form using all your email addresses at least once a day:

I loved this review because David is so deserving of it. He makes it looks so easy to all of us, his fans, but in reality he is working very very hard.
Saw him in NJ and I am HOPING that he will tour again in the US (in NJ or very near because I will travel to see him) after going to the UK and Asia.
Seeing him live is something that anyone that appreciates music should see,he’s amazing.

OPEN HOUSE PARTY, MARCH 21. Let’s email our requests and call. The song is doing so well on xm and Z100 that the openhouseparty people should not mind us requesting. Also, don’t forget Disney. ALTNOY has not been in the dotcom 3 for several days. fans, let’s all get together and download ALTNOY on the same day over at ITUNES. If we could get this song in the top 10 it would really be a positive impact. What about Friday, March 27th, which is the last day of David’s tour. If 1000 fans did 10 downloads that would equal 10000 sales. Please let’s try to organize this and let David’s last performance on his solo tour be a real cause for celebration.

#4 & #6 and for anyone else having problems with RADIO REQUEST FORMS: I also had this problem with the radio on-line request forms..I had to reset..this is what I need to do:
click on Tools,Internet Options, Advanced, check of everything except Prompt & Block on both sides then hit Apply. Once I did this I can request on all forms now…
Also wanted to say Yes….its is finally happening…ALTNOY is being played more and more…GREAT JOB EVERYONE!

Elaine-#4- When I call z100, I get a busy signal most of the time. Late afternoon and around 8;oop.m. mostly. I call at around 11;20a.m. in the morning and a girl answers and takes the request. In the afternoon when J.J. is on I call at about 2:15 p.m. and he answered sometimes. About the requesting, I used to have trouble all the time. Now I go to the side bar and click Requesting and Voting, go to Via the Internet, click and use Deb and Trudi’s list of all the states. You just put your name in and do the code. It works all the time. Before when I tried my way, I would type all the info in and it would always say, incorrect to a point that I just quit and would pick up the phone and call. Oh! don’t forget to check off A Little Too Not Over You- David Archuleta. I know, you know that. Have a great day!!

Just wanted to let you know that they are playing ALTNOY video on Direct TVchannel 63 at 8:30 a.m. On saturdays. Its all types of music. Latin and american pop. Its spanish and english. I have seen his video alot on there. Of course time is pacific. God bless our David.

Sorry7 supergrandj I firgot to tell you the name of the program is Tr3s or false. Again on sats from 8:00 til 10:00. also there are some other programs after that that is called 20top hits or something like that. It also showed ALTNOY at #12.

am a great fan of david a. am just worried with his schedule of tours…this is too tight…will he be able to deliver…better one or few concerts, well prepared and with great impact…hope he will deliver very well in his concert with david cook…i bought a ticket of course…there are so many good singers in the Phils…i hope David A. delivers and delights his fans…Make sure David A you have enough rest to deliver a high caliber performance…we are looking forward to your concert in the phils.
Really nice review. So nice to read that David’s talent is appreciated and acknowledged. His constant perfection in his performances are awesome. Just David is Just marvelous!!
