PEOPLE’S CHOICE ONLINE BUZZ POLLS:
1. What is your favorite “Zero Gravity” Performance?
2. Who is your favorite American Idol runner up?
The second poll ends in just a day or so (probably around 10:00 p.m. ET on Saturday). Current results: Clay Aiken 47%; David Archuleta 51%; Bo Bice 2%. We can win this for David! Keep in mind that Clay Aiken fans are relentless voters, so we cannot be complacent. Please cast as many votes as you’re able.
VOTING TIP:
I’ve discovered that you don’t need to clear your browsing history between votes! As long as you close out the window you just voted from first before attempting to cast your next vote, you can vote again right away without clearing your browsing history. My method: Open up several windows at once – 10 or so. Place a vote in the first one, close it out, move on to the next window and repeat. Here’s a link directly to the voting page:

Keep this in mind: When they actually do the Peoples Choice Awards show, the folks at Peoples Choice said their picks come from who is buzzed about the most in the polls.

UPDATE ON PEOPLE’S CHOICE POLL:
For some reason, suddenly you cannot find the poll about your favorite A.I. runner-up unless you sort the Music category by “Expiring Soon.” Anyway, the following link works:

Guys, if you can’t get to PCA ‘Favorite AI runner up’, click on POLL ARCHIVES first, then click BUZZ POLLS located at the upper left side of the page. You will also see more polls and another one for David vs Zac Effron and another guy. At present David is far behind on that poll, but he’s ahead 53% against Clay at 48%.

Any poll listed under Poll Archives at People’s Choice is already closed, and you can no longer vote on it. Please post a link to the Zac Effron/David Archuleta poll if it is still active.

IN RE the comment about “CRUSH” and its longevity…being on the AC stations could bring this song back to the pop stations. The deal-breaker however, is that most AC stations these days don’t take requests. They have such huge playlists that they play the song once or twice per day. Wouldn’t it be great to see “CRUSH” back on the Top 40 chart? :D Use those Mediabase requests; you see, spun or not, the request count towards the public’s desire to hear the song. ASo we must never give up on CRUSH, or ALTNOY for that matter. The entire record industry has to be hurting because of the economy. Ya’ll know that iTunes has 3 prices for singles now, right.
