Davids to thank Ford for their Escape Hybrids with a mini concert this Friday

The traditional Ford Motor Company Day is this Friday, September 19 at the Ford Conference and Event Center in Dearborn, MI.  The Ford Day blockbuster will feature a mini-concert by David Cook and David Archuleta!

Please Note: Special Catering and Seating Arrangements! In order to accommodate all guests in the main ballroom, seating will be auditorium style. A gourmet buffet-style lunch catered by Opus One will be served in the outer lobby beginning at 11:45 a.m.

I am going to the Ford Day this Friday in Dearborn and I have been hearing some rumors about the seating, so I contacted the convention center and was told to pass on this information if I could:  He said that there is NO REASON to get there really early and line up for a seat because everyone will be eating lunch first, then entering the auditorium AT THE SAME TIME.

He said there are no bad seats in there, so there is no reason to rush.  There will be some reserved seats in the front for executives, but everyone else sits where they want to.  He also has told me that cameras are allowed and that he does not know if the Idols will be meeting people afterward – that will be up to them.

He asked me to try and pass along this information to my network of Idol fans, so if you could post this somewhere on FanBlast, that’d be great!  Thank you!
