Elevator Chat!

Ok so i really really wanna meet david. Im going to see im in san jose. You said the meet and greets were before the concert.. Can anyone go to them? Or do you have to have special VIP passes? Please someone gett back to me!! :)

Yeah I wanna know about the M&G too. Other than VIP, is there any way to meet him?

Meagan- Thanks for your help in getting this little video up. The camera is new to my husband and he didn’t think David was going to speak to me. David had sung two songs Heaven and Crazy at the pre-show sound meeting that came with Meet and Greet 5 star package. Afterwards I needed to go on an elevator back to the second floor because I couldn’t traverse the stairs. That’s when David and his people boarded the elevator, too. The way he sang those songs brought me to tears. On the elevator I was telling him that he did the songs beautifully and it made me cry. That’s when he said aw, thanks. I have videos of him singing them, but he made us all promise we wouldn’t put them on YouTube. Take my word for it they were both outstanding. It was a day I’ll cherish forever.

supergrandjudie: That elevator ride went by so quickly your head must have been spinning! David has an incredible memory, and I’m always amazed at how well he remembers fans. It just goes to show you when he looks at people directly in the eyes he really is taking it all in. I love how happy and relaxed David appears in the videos, and his tour manager, Ray, seems equally at ease. That tells me things are going really well behind the scenes!

I just saw all your posts. Sarah and Anna the M&G was before the show with the VIP package in Newark. At the concert KSM announced that she and Demi would be holding a meet and greet somewhere outside. When the concert was over People were gathering on a side walk between the building and sidewalk. On the way to our car in the parking garage we talked to an employee watching the small crowd. I asked him if they were waiting for Demi. He said they’d all be out in a while. I said David,too. He said yeah David too. I said how long and he said pretty soon. Demi would take a shower and they’d be out because David had to leave soon. We were going to wait but I said ,I’ll see him in A.C. What I’m saying is sweet David always tries to meet his fans after the show. Try to ask a security guard where they will meet and greet. You may have to wait an hour or so, but David always tries not to disappoint his darling fans. Good things come to those who wait.

Okay thank you. But if you ask the security guard Do you still have to have the VIP passes? Or is it just like first come first serve? Did you meet him this way?@supergrandjudie

Sarah #8- You should try to ask security when the concert is over. Ask them for a location outside that they may be holding a meet and greet. Sometimes a crowd will be heading in that direction. You don’t need a pass, you just need to stand in line and wait for them to come out. Sometimes they set up barriers for you to stand behind. Good luck!!

i know how it is, knowing there is a meet and greet AFTER and its too late. meeting him is every fan’s dream!! i really wanted to too but its so hard to know, especially when you don’t have VIP. i was wondering if you could somehow still go to meet and greet but not the concert? i’ve already been to his concert, but i want so much meet him someday :) for now i keep hoping.

I’ll be going on July 10 in Fresno (I Love All Access hasn’t sent me the itinerary by email yet), my fourth time seeing him. Is it true he isn’t signing anything at these “meet & greets?” That the whole “meet & greet” consists of 5 seconds to have a picture taken with him? This’ll again by my fourth time seeing him and the first time to be up close. Thanks!

Jeffreyd958 #13- Yes, it’s true. Most of the time we spent in the meet and greet room with all the other people. We had snacks and then went into the arena to see David on stage from around 9 rows back. He chatted a little and then sang Heaven and Crazy. Fantastic by the way!. Then we went back upstairs to M&G room. David came in, then we lined up and got our picture taken with him. My husband and I had to get our picture taken with David, together. They wouldn’t let us have separate pictures with him. I paid for two accesses so that didn”t make sense, but that’s want they wanted. After the photos we went into the snack room and David stood in the archway with a microphone. They had a raffle with these tix that were in the env. that contained your tix to the show if you bought the whole package. First they raffled T-shirts and then ” a chance to ask David a question” if you were picked. A couple of people asked their questions. Then David thanked us and left to prepare for the concert. Then we went to the arena and sat down. It may be a little different where your going. Oh yeah, and you couldn’t take any pictures of David . All Access takes the pictures and if you go to their site later, a couple of weeks, I guess, you can download them. They give you a gift bag and one of the things in it is a autographed pic od David. In between the pre-show and going back to the meet and greet room is when David embarked the same elevator as me and my husband. Their is a God and he was SOOOOOOO good to me that day!!!

Thanks Judie. I heard about the “no autographs” thing and my heart sank. If All Access is taking the pictures does that mean I don’t need to bring my own camera? And is the “autograph” on the gift bag photo a real one or just printed on the picture itself? Meaning, did David actually take a pen and sign it himself? I ask a lot of questions, don’t I, haha!

I have another question (big surprise?). How far in advance did you get the email with the itinerary? I havn’t gotten mine yet and the show is July 10. Thanks!

OK one more. Did they say when they would post the pictures on their website? I just looked and the FAQ’s do state that they will post them in a special gallery to be downloaded, but it doesn’t have a link or anything. Thanks! Jeffreyd958 #16 & 17- The autographed picture of David has the autogragh printed on the picture. Mass produced. Now on the itinerary e-mail. I didn’t get one within 7 to 5 days as the confirmation e-mail stated. I was in Maryland on June 21st and the concert was on June the 25th. I checked my e-mail, nothing. I think my daughter had her e-mail add. on the conf. letter. I couldn’t fiqure why I didn’t get it. I called ALLACCEESS tel. # listed on your e-mail conf. letter. A recording listed a # for Kristin McLeod’s tel. #. She’s the tour director for D.A. The tel. # is 1-310-592-4750. If you call make sure you have your order # ready from you e-mail conf. letter. She e-mailed me my itinerary the next day. Don’t forget to bring your e-mail conformation letter with you the day of the concert and your itinerary letter and I.D. and I think the credit card you paid with.

I was at the Boston one!!! I didn’t get to meet him but I got to see him which was AWE-SOME!!!! I wasn’t that close but I was close enough. Boston LOVES Archie. –♥Peace.Love.Archie.♥– Alex

You never know what or who you might meet at the show. Anyway, I hope you enjoy yourself. The concert was fantastic because of David. He always gives 1000 percent. You’re going to love it!!!

Alexandra #20- So glad you got to see David. You are so right, to be in the same space as David is awesome. To hear his voice from his lips to your ears is DIVINE. The whole world loves Archie.

WOW!!David with you at the elevator…although short is Priceless!!I understand you had met him in a private VIP M&G but if it was my chance to accidentally shared an elevator with David(with few people around) I would have die…I mean…pass out!

that’s a crazy, amazing experience! i will keep waiting for one where david is not near a huge crowd and i can capture that moment. ahh, a girl can dream i guess.

I was with Erica that night in Boston and we were all “crushed” when we found out about the M&G but we can;t wait to see David again !!!!!!!!!!!!(we meet him at the A.I. tour)

Yeah, my cousin was joking around during the beggining and said “Omgee, were breathing the same air!!” and I said ” I Know! ” and we started laughing and your right, he was amazing. That is one concert I will NEVER EVER forget. It must’ve been nice being in the same elevator as him!! :] I would’ve acted normal if that happened to me but I’d be going crazy on the inside, lol.
