   David did awesome. Looks like he might be getting a cold or has one. He looked tired and chilled. That’s why I think he was rubbing his hands together and crossing his arms to get warm. He wore a scarf on Idol when he had a cold. Loved it when Regis asked about his shaving. Soooo cute!

   #67virtue, i think David was just feeling a little exhausted from all his appearances during these last cosecutive night and days. from jay leno, the today show, trl, then to virgin magastore cd signing, and then to regis and kelly. also, considering the weather, it’s really cold. i hope he won’t get sick. on the other hand, i just hope and pray that his appearances in california will be just as successful as ny. i’m getting worried and concerned about him getting hurt.

   #67 & #80 David was very cold. He was always cold. I can tell from the way his shoulders, hands and arms moved. I can’t focus when I’m cold. David needs warmer clothes. Someone please tell his manager.
   At Macy’s Parade, he should prepare warmer clothes because it will be outdoor.

   David’s voice is perfection on To Be With You, as always! Very moving. Faultless!!!! The simple piano accompaniment is also perfect.

   I have not been able to watch the live TV performances due to living in the UK, so am judging his band on YouTube versions. I do not think the band are as talented as David, and this is causing temporoary problems. My advice is to find accomplished musicians, such as those who accompany Sade http://www.sade.com/ or Will Young http://www.willyoung.co.uk/global/frontpage (UK’s Pop Idol Winnner) whose live performances are faultless. David is faultless, but the band are not musically subtle enough.

   David undoubtedly has a long career ahead of him due to his unique and undeniable talent. He is destined for SUPERSTARDOM. He was born to sing and has a God-given talent which is cross-cultural and touches the hearts of people of all ages.

   I am going to purchase David’s CD!!

   With all good wishes David for every success in the future!!

   He MUST, MUST, MUST! Stop promoting cook. Seriously, he has to stop advertising cook
   He has done this during the outcome of the finale and continues to do so. This is what the cook fans want and now expect. I’m not saying this to be critical but out of concern that he could be hurting his position as a new and upcoming artist. He is basically giving a stamp approval to anyone who may even choose cook’s CD over his. He needs to learn to be vague when questions are asked abouot cook. Enough of the cook hype. Do you think cook promotes David in such a way. Minimally yes. Cook is not going to let any conversation take place that puts him inferior to David. I just don’t think David knows what he is doing. He may feel that he has to continue to hype cook to not make him look like a bad person. Maybe to make the public think his isn’t bothered by the outcome which I truly think he is. I mean he would have to throughout his hard work or he is not human.Yes, I know heis a kind soul. This is about business and sales. I would have told Regis, Well, that was the way it turned out and here I am. So much of cook’s a great guy. He is not a great guy and is naive to see that. Anyone who manipulates the AI system by promoting his brother for pity votes and knows that the title never was his from the beginning.
   I’m basing this from the outpouring Archiemaia
   hysteria during AI tour. Cook didn’t hold a candle to fan response compared to David. Cook
   premeditated the steal from Archie and has no remorse about his lack of integrity today. Simon did get one thing right. Cook is arrogant but is also withut integrity. Anything else is well coachedto fool the public as he continues to do. Not very impressive for an “American Idol”
   David, enough already the the cook praise or
   you will find your cd behind his. I’m saying this out of love and concern for David. It’s
   time to fight back now. Unfortunately that’s what is taking place now. Media is already smearing David’s music in preparation to raise
   up cook.

    BTW, why is David falling on the xRank for celebrity. he was at #4 or #5 behind swift,spears, and waynem, and maybe madonna, on the musician category and celebrity. now, i think i saw him at 113. then i tried to search again, and he is up to 12 or 20’s? i don’t feel good about this media smearing thing about David. although i am reading any of it but i have this maternal instinct that something is going on. lets just pray for David please!!!!!!!!!!!

    Has anybody here heard “Somebody out there”….I’s stressed out by the fact that why the heck Jive used that song as a bonus track (and to make it worse, you’ll only get it if you’d preordered the album….
    :(:(

    That song IMHO is the BEESSTTT song everrr David’s song….

    The voice, the vibe and everything about this song is perfect…that’s just sad of Jive to do that…..

    It’s another indirect smear campaign in which I believe is coming from 19 entertainment. They still have control over David’s first CD along
    with Jive.Obviously this makes them partners.
    When does 19 entertainment bow out? don’t know.
    Well, maybe until they feel justified to prove to the world that they made the right choice in
    selecting cook. Which is why they may purposely
    be downplaying David’s true musical and vocal
    skills. You know cooks album is right around the
    corner. I think we may need to defend David more
    than you think. They along with the critics will be pulling some fast ones if you know what I mean. They don’t want to divulge to the rest of the world this amazing talent. So, they tone
    it down to not interfere with cook’s debut.

    lyn, Tasa, and sHell, thanks for the reassuring words. David Archuleta, I mean Grammys galore did seem happier in other videos. So perhaps he indeed was tired and/or cold. Let’s keep him in our prayers if you all are so inclined :D
